Moderator/Presenter Dr. Fadi Aramouni, Professor of Food Science and Extension Specialist with the Food Science Institute at Kansas State University, is an expert on food processing and product development with extension research in gluten-free grains and flours. Professor Aramouni has been working extensively with breadfruit flour and has brought samples of breadfruit food products formulated at Kansas State University. Professor Fadi will be assisted by two Food Science Lab Seniors, Elissa Heim and Danielle Reedy from the Kansas State University Value Added Food Laboratory.
